Kampman provided support letters from adjacent neighbors and sample images of the proposed fence (limestone pillars with pressed spear pickets), and said he plans landscaping including ornamental grasses and eventual gate installation. Councilmembers asked about lighting and landscaping; Kampman confirmed he would include lighting and decorative plantings.
Councilmember Freihofer moved to approve the curb cut and the construction of a 42‑inch front yard fence with landscaping as described in Attachment C; Councilmember Greg Jacoby seconded and the motion passed 4-0. The council noted the fence height limit for front yards is 42 inches. Permitting and construction will follow town and DPW procedures.
