Board members flagged several items the applicant must address before the matter is deemed complete: proof of abutter notice, a narrative that justifies the proposed maintenance‑barn use in the rural neighborhood, technical specifications and justification for a 30,000‑gallon cistern, documentation that the fire chief is comfortable with the cistern design, and financial‑capacity information. The applicant’s attorney, Matt Altery, said he understood and that the team will return; the chair indicated the item is likely to be re‑noticed for a public hearing in August once outstanding materials are filed.
