The Stratford Selectboard unanimously approved a revised right-to-know policy and took a set of routine administrative actions at its Dec. 30 meeting.
Clayton Macdonald reviewed the town’s right-to-know procedures and the board approved a motion adopting the new policy; the transcript records the vote as 3-0. The policy will be posted on the town website.
The board also approved manifests for Dec. 16 and Dec. 23, recorded as approved 3-0, and signed a cemetery contract and volunteer paperwork for S. Lafrance. The meeting record shows Selectboard minutes from Dec. 16 were addressed; the transcript records approval but does not include a separate roll-call tally for that item.
