The group discussed food and refreshments and assigned Vivian Wills to research funding sources.
Commissioners also discussed working with the Patriotic Purposes Committee to provide food for Memorial Day events. Separately, the commission reviewed a tentative proposal to add another swing set at the Joe Cournoyer Playground and agreed to contact Ken Cause for details and a cost estimate.
The commission set its next meeting for April 23, 2026.
