Macdonald additionally said that an excavation at Trailside, attributed to a Mr. Phillips, must be reclaimed to a natural state; the Selectboard recorded that requirement but did not specify a remediation timeline or enforcement schedule.
The Sewer Ordinance was noted as updated but was tabled for further review, and no decision was made at the meeting.
