Sugar Hill selectmen approve permits, note $89,401.96 payment and set April 7 unanticipated funds hearing

The Sugar Hill Board of Selectmen on March 31 handled routine administrative business including approval of minutes, permits and scheduling a hearing on unanticipated funds.
Selectman Rusty Talbot moved to approve the March 17, 2025 meeting minutes as amended; the motion was seconded by Selectman Dick Bielefield and the motion passed unanimously. The board signed a Current Use application for The Fuzzilli Trust (Map 224, Lot 3, Pearl Lake Road). The board approved a building permit for a renovation and addition to the Connors Revocable Trust property on Route 117 and approved a demolition permit for a barn on Hadley Holdings' property pending receipt of an asbestos report.
Town Administrator Jennifer Gaudette approved use of the Meetinghouse by ACT on May 15, 2025 for a rescheduled program. The board received the latest U199 updates (not detailed in the minutes) and announced an unanticipated fund hearing to be held April 7, 2025.
The minutes note a final payment of $89,401.96 for the Streeter Pond Road/Indian Creek Project. Board members said there will be a warrant article in 2026 to return those funds to the Bridge CRF, the fund from which the payment was made in 2024.
With no further business, Selectman Dick Bielefield moved to adjourn; Selectman Chris Ellms seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 6:07 p.m. The next regular meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Crapo Building.
