Elliot said the township changed its process last year to implement OpenGov and that the system has made the process easier, though it remains lengthy.
Elliot outlined public workshops beginning the last Tuesday in September and the first Tuesday in October, a final wrap-up the last Wednesday in October, and a preliminary plan and president's budget message in November. The manager said staff will work to align departmental requests with commissioner priorities and with external parties such as the library and fire departments.
