The president said the MPO meets every other month, typically on the second Thursday at the Borghini Center, and noted that prior MPO work produced a grant-funded traffic study on County KK.
Trustee Lancaster indicated interest in serving; another trustee moved to nominate him and Trustee Brandtmeyer seconded the nomination. “So we have a motion by trustee Van Hefty and a 2nd by trustee Brandtmeyer, to nominate, trustee Matt Lancaster to serve on the Fox City's MPO policy board,” the president said before calling the vote. The motion passed with one abstention.
The appointment is for the 2026–2028 term. Trustees did not record additional conditions or amendments to the appointment during the discussion.
The board then moved on to other business, including approval of prior meeting minutes.
