Cushing selectmen direct CEO to follow Planning Board recommendations, approve town attorney agreement

Separately, the board accepted an agreement letter for town counsel. Selectman Daniel Staples moved to accept the agreement letter for Attorney Kristin Collins, now with Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios, LLP; Selectman Martha Marchut seconded and the motion carried unanimously 5‑0‑0.
