Dallas names Tim Ferris and Gene Brown to Planning Board

Alderman Huggins moved to appoint Tim Ferris to a three-year term as a regular Planning Board member; Alderman Cearley seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board also appointed Gene Brown as an alternate member by unanimous vote after a motion from Alderman Cearley and a second from Alderman Huggins.
The appointments fill seats left by recent departures, including a resignation and a member who moved outside the corporate limits. Applications for the positions were included in the meeting packet (Exhibit C). The decisions were recorded in the minutes.
