Holland Board approves DePagter rezoning, adopts Chapter 330 zoning amendment

The Town of Holland Board of Supervisors voted unanimously June 8 to approve a request by property owner Peter DePagter to rezone portions of parcel 59006072433 on DeMaster Road and to adopt an amendment to the Town zoning code.

The board approved rezoning 4.530 acres from A-5 to R-1 and 6.716 acres from A-5 to A-3 at parcel 59006072433, contingent on Sheboygan County approval and execution of the boundary line adjustment shown on the submitted merger survey. Supervisor Kelly Caswell moved the rezoning approval, Supervisor Douglas Hamilton seconded, and the motion carried by unanimous roll call vote (Brody Stapel: Yes; Benjamin Morrison: Yes; David Huenink: Yes; Douglas Hamilton: Yes; Kelly Caswell: Yes).

Separately, the board adopted Ordinance 2026-06, amending provisions of Chapter 330 of the Town of Holland code. Supervisor Brody Stapel moved adoption and Supervisor Benjamin Morrison seconded; the ordinance passed by unanimous roll call vote and was recorded as Town of Holland Ordinance 2026-06.
