HORICON, Wis. — The City of Horicon Plan Commission voted April 13 to approve a Certified Survey Map for Moraine Park Technical College, the commission recorded. Commissioner Magnussen moved for approval and Commissioner Gallenbeck seconded; the motion passed by voice vote "All in favor."
The approval came during a brief meeting that opened at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 6:12 p.m. Earlier in the agenda the commission approved the minutes of its March 9, 2026 meeting (motion by Commissioner Anfinson, second by Commissioner Biedermann; voice vote recorded as all in favor). Commissioner Biedermann later moved to adjourn; Commissioner Anfinson seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.
