Avon IWC continues pool and patio application at 75 School Street

Commissioner Daniel Carvalho moved to continue Application #810 to the next regularly scheduled IWC meeting; Commissioner Brian Toal seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The commission recorded the continuance but the transcript does not include the date or materials the applicants were asked to provide beyond the general statement that more time was needed.
The case will be taken up at the commission’s next regular meeting on July 7, 2026, unless otherwise noticed.
