Application #810 for Daniel Vagnini and Ashley Sanchez-Mitchell was on the June 2 agenda seeking permission for regulated activities within the 100-foot upland review area for construction of an inground pool, patio, and related site work at 75 School Street, Parcel #3870075.
Emily Kyle, the town’s Planning and Community Development Specialist and wetlands agent, told commissioners that the applicants needed more time to gather materials requested by the Inland Wetlands Commission at the prior meeting. Commissioner Daniel Carvalho moved to continue Application #810 to the next regularly scheduled IWC meeting; Commissioner Brian Toal seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The commission recorded the continuance but the transcript does not include the date or materials the applicants were asked to provide beyond the general statement that more time was needed.
The case will be taken up at the commission’s next regular meeting on July 7, 2026, unless otherwise noticed.
