She told commissioners that the legal notice and the proposed regulation amendment were sent to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) as required by state review procedures.
The commission did not discuss the substantive text of the amendment at this meeting and the transcript does not include the proposed language.
