The Commission ratified and amended an Enforcement Order requiring: completion of a survey of all cut trees and vegetation; delineation and re‑flagging of all wetland resource areas and buffer zones; completion of required work within three weeks of the meeting date; and compliance for all wetlands and resource areas on the site. Members noted potential requirements for replacement plantings, after‑the‑fact permitting fees and enforcement penalties depending on findings.
The motion to ratify the amended Enforcement Order passed on a 6–0 roll call vote. The matter will proceed with surveys and documentation to determine the scope of required restoration or penalties.
