Commissioners discussed changes to the proposed monument and its specifications; the record shows the commission approved the application with the conditions listed in the Community Development Director’s staff report.
Commissioner Tom Mispagel moved to approve the comprehensive sign plan; Vice Chairman Tom O’Connor seconded and the motion passed. The approval is subject to the conditions in the staff report.
