The Oxford Township Land Use Board on March 24 authorized a preliminary investigation to assess whether an area including 31 Wall St. should be designated for redevelopment, Mayor Norton said.
The board approved a motion to have Van Cleef Engineering conduct the study under Resolution 2026-52; the motion was made by Mr. Daneault and seconded by Mr. Lewis-Lahey. The board did not record public comment on the item at the meeting.
Board members framed the study as an initial, preliminary investigative step; no redevelopment designation, map amendment or ordinance was adopted at the March 24 meeting. The board moved from this item to routine administrative business and ultimately adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
