At the Oct. 12 meeting Councilman Poyer introduced Ordinance 07-2022 authorizing the sale of specified borough-owned properties (identified by block and lot on the official tax map), with a public hearing set for Oct. 24.
Councilman Nasisi noted a clerical correction for recordkeeping: the first parcel is Block 2, Lot 7 (not Lot 17, as read aloud). The ordinance lists multiple parcels by block and lot and will return for public hearing and possible adoption at the Oct. 24 meeting.
No final action was taken at the Oct. 12 meeting; the clerk will post the ordinance and related materials for public inspection.
