OXFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. — The Oxford Township Land Use Board approved the Oct. 28, 2025 meeting minutes and authorized payment of vouchers at its Dec. 16 session, which opened at 7:00 p.m. and was adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
The two-minute meeting was procedural: Mr. Ort, a board member, moved to approve the Oct. 28 minutes; Mrs. Hoffmann, a board member, seconded. The board recorded Ayes 5, Nays 0 and one abstention; the motion carried. Eligible members listed for voting included Mayor Norton and several named members; the transcript lists six absentees.
The public comment period was opened and no members of the public spoke. The board noted there was no executive session for this meeting.
Later in the session Mr. Ort moved, and Mrs. Hoffmann seconded, a motion to pay the Land Use Board vouchers; the vote was recorded Ayes 6, Nays 0, Abstain 0 and the motion carried.
Mr. Ott, serving as chair for the meeting, moved to adjourn; Mr. Ort seconded. With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:02 p.m. The minutes were submitted and signed by Lee L. Geller, secretary.
The board did not take any land-use decisions at this meeting beyond approving minutes and routine voucher payments.
