Staff report: Dispatch fully staffed; Terwilliger to depart March 7 and 911 addressing shifts to coordinator

At the Feb. 11 meeting of the Humboldt Public Safety Commission, Ann Garvey reported that dispatch was fully staffed and that Sam Richison will be working both night and day shifts.
Garvey also reported that Tim Terwilliger’s last day in the office will be March 7, 2025. She said monthly state validations are complete and that Kyle Bissell, the 911 Coordinator, will be taking over responsibility for 911 addressing.
The commission then commenced a budget work session. No formal vote or direction on staffing or addressing responsibilities is recorded in the minutes; the items are listed as part of the staff report.
