Williams Township approves routine motions including records destruction, donation and appointment

Williams Township supervisors on March 12 approved several administrative and routine items including a contingent donation, records destruction, an appointment and engineering paperwork.
Manager Melody Ernst said Fry's Run Watershed Association requested a $360 contribution; the board approved the payment contingent on the association’s submission of its 990N form before funds are distributed.
The board approved Resolution 2025-13 authorizing destruction of listed tax records consistent with the Municipal Records Manual; the Tax Collector had submitted the list to be shredded at a township shredding event and the motion carried 3-0.
Supervisor Michael Bryant moved to appoint Cheryl Siegfried to the Recreation Board; the motion, seconded by Ray Abert, carried unanimously.
Engineer Ronald Madison reviewed a March 10 memorandum and the board approved close-out documents for the Public Works NPDES permit not to exceed $1,000. The Planning Commission’s February report was received and the board approved a lot line adjustment for 2920 Morgan Hill Road under Resolution 2025-12.
The minutes do not record dissenting votes or public testimony on these items. The actions were recorded as motions carried 3-0.
