- Red Mill on the Charles (multiple lot filings): The commission approved motions to continue numerous lot-level hearings (lots 90–95 and townhome lots C2–C4 among others) to the July 22, 2026 meeting to allow the applicant to provide additional wall-elevation details, planting plans and peer-review updates.
- Continuation and information submittal policy / tree policy: The commission voted to approve a new continuation and information-submittal policy (including a tree-removal/mitigation pathway and application guidance); commissioners recommended minor edits (for example, referencing the ISA basic tree risk assessment form) to be incorporated.
- Certificate of Compliance, 77 Bruce Road: The commission approved issuance of a certificate of compliance for septic-related work at 77 Bruce Road while noting that ongoing enforcement/monitoring conditions remain in force.
- Emergency certification ratification (100 Cross Street / Silver Lake dam): The commission ratified the agent’s emergency authorization to remove a beaver dam that threatened roadway/dam operations; staff inspected the site with the board of health and documentation was entered into the record.
Votes were recorded by voice; where roll-call was noted the minutes capture 'aye' votes from commissioners present. The commission also recorded one recusal related to employment for the 26 Pearl Street matter.
