Public works reported crews spreading millings around the boat ramp parking area, assembling soccer goals for park installation next week, striping parking at the 2nd Avenue dock, and reinstalling a bench at the 1st Avenue dock. The minutes note a need to install two pipe bollards at slips on 1st Avenue, with an estimated installation cost of $500–$800; the town reported $3,407 remaining in a DNR grant and said staff would check whether the grant could cover that expense.
Town Clerk Aaron Horney reported fund balances: General Fund $368,428.46; Water-Sewer Fund $57,818.77; ARPA Fund $642,221.98. The minutes also record that the contract with Susquehanna is set to expire in March and is slated to auto-renew; commissioners instructed staff to add an addendum to the contract before renewal.
Commissioner Bryon Callahan moved to approve the Nov. 15, 2023 regular meeting minutes with a minor typographical correction; Commissioner Tom Willis seconded and the minutes record the vote as 3–0 in favor. Commissioner Willis then moved to approve the Nov. 15 closed meeting minutes as written; Commissioner Callahan seconded and the vote was 3–0.
