Town of Winter Harbor selectmen on Feb. 9 approved routine administrative business and recorded several operational updates.
The board approved the meeting minutes for Jan. 28, 2026 (vote recorded 3-0), and approved Warrant #37 (Feb. 3, 2026) and Warrant #38 (Feb. 5, 2026) by a 3-0 vote. The Treasurer’s Report dated Feb. 6, 2026, was accepted (3-0); the minutes list the General Ledger balance as $974,506.19, a six‑month certificate of deposit at $107,539.29, and investment/bond values listed as $2,856,455.00 and $2,868,410.00. The Tax Collector’s Report dated Feb. 6, 2026, was accepted (3-0) with taxes receivable shown as FY26 $1,053,167.09, FY25 $13,690.19 and FY24 $4,744.63. The minutes also show payroll #37 at $16,099.42 and accounts payable #38 at $129,982.01, totaling $146,081.43.
The selectmen authorized the Planning Board to use Zoom for one meeting (approved 3-0) and designated M. Sargent as the backup representative for SALT meetings (approved 3-0). Selectman R.
