Seymour City Council approves chip-seal contract and special-event permits, then meets in closed session over development incentives

Alderperson Tetzlaff moved and Alderperson Schaumberg seconded approval of the meeting agenda; the motion carried. Alderperson Krull moved and Alderperson Gerbers seconded approval of the Feb. 23, 2026 minutes; that motion also carried.
