River Ridge CDD administers oaths and elects board officers

At its Nov. 19 meeting the River Ridge CDD administered oaths to three newly elected supervisors and adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair and three assistant secretaries; the resolution passed unanimously.
The River Ridge Community Development District on Nov. 19 administered the Oath of Office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5), a notary recorded in the minutes said.
After the oath, the board considered Resolution 2025-02 to elect and remove district officers. Terry Mountford nominated Bob Schultz as chair, Mountford as vice chair and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Mountford, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, the board adopted Resolution 2025-02 “as nominated,” with all members voting in favor, the minutes state.
The board also reviewed ethics training and disclosure requirements, noting the four-hour annual ethics training and Form 1 filing deadlines for fiscal years 2024 and 2025 and adding the requirement to the Key Activity Dates list. Mrs. Adams, a state notary identified in the record, administered the oaths and presented the guidance material included in the meeting packet.
The board set its next meeting for Dec. 10, 2024, at 1 p.m., unless canceled.
