SANBORNTON, N.H. — The Sanbornton Recreation Commission approved December financial statements and authorized two small revolving-fund expenditures at its Jan. 28 meeting.
Chair Jax Riendeau, joined by commissioners including Colleen Longo and Kerri Federico, led the meeting that opened at 12:44 p.m. The commission reviewed and approved the December financials after a motion from Selectman Ralph Carter and a second from Colleen Longo; the minutes record the vote as “all in favor.” The commission noted that November financials will be considered at the Feb. 10 meeting.
Amanda Pelissier, the recreation coordinator, reported the revolving-fund balance at $31,617.35 as of Dec. 31, 2025. Pelissier requested a $500 charge to the revolving fund to cover expenses for a 3/4 grade basketball jamboree; Commissioner Kerri Federico moved to approve the spending with Pelissier to show the offset at the next meeting, and Chair Riendeau seconded. The motion passed, recorded as unanimous.
Federico also moved to approve $500 for Before/After Care spending; Riendeau seconded and that motion also passed with an “all in favor” roll call.
The meeting minutes from Nov. 18, 2025 were approved with corrections after a motion from Chair Riendeau and a second from Federico; Selectman Carter is recorded as having abstained on that vote. The meeting adjourned at 1:41 p.m.
