The Sanbornton Zoning Board of Adjustment voted Jan. 29 to keep member Fred David’s term expiration date set to 2027 to maintain staggered membership terms.
Chair Mark Ledgard explained the board’s intention to stagger term expirations so no more than two expirations occur at a time. Mark Brown moved to keep 2027 as Fred David’s term expiration. Brittany Davis seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
Board members said the move aligns with prior discussion to distribute term endings across different years to protect continuity of experience on the ZBA. No changes to other members’ terms were recorded during the meeting.
