Chair Jim Hoyt moved to approve the prior meeting's minutes; Selectman David Kelly seconded and the motion passed with no opposition. Later, Hoyt moved to waive the Town Hall rental fee for the American Red Cross blood drive scheduled for Friday, Jan. 30, from 12:00 to 4:30 p.m.; Selectman David Hostetler seconded and the board approved the waiver with no opposition.
During a nonpublic session held under RSA 91-A:3, II (b), the board voted (Hoyt, Kelly, Hostetler) to enter and later reconvened in public. After the nonpublic session the board decided to pay Website Manager Gayle Landry $225 from the Tax Collector Training line to compensate for extra work associated with the municipal website conversion; the minutes from the nonpublic session were not sealed.
Chair Hoyt also moved to add the town's Standard Operating Policies to the public website; Hostetler seconded and the motion passed without opposition. The board set its next meeting for Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, at 7 p.m. in Academy Hall and adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
