The warrant transfer: Mandy Ostaszewski presented the request to transfer $45,410 in fees previously collected (from groups such as Alphabest and other users) into the school building rental revolving account. A motion to approve the transfer was moved by Amy Morton, seconded by Dr. Katharine Covino, and passed by roll call, 5-0.
Town report submission: The committee approved the School Committee submission to the annual town report as presented. The motion was moved by Brian Killeen, seconded by Amy Morton, and passed 5-0.
Harvard Schools Trust grants: The committee approved grants from the Harvard Schools Trust totaling $3,269 to fund mobile cubby units and a presentation of Every Rock Has a Story. The motion was moved by Amy Morton, seconded by Dr. Katharine Covino, and passed 5-0.
Minutes: The Jan. 12 minutes were approved without objection.
