Voorhees moved to accept the application; Commissioner J. Burruano seconded and the vote was unanimous.
Application 2: Kristiane Walter George, TR. and Stephen A. George, TR. filed to merge 0.285 acres from 23 Orchard Rest Road (Map 63, Lot 07) into 21 Orchard Rest Road (Map 63, Lot 06), increasing 21 Orchard Rest Road from 0.58 to 0.865 acres. Documentation included a compilation plan prepared by Zachary A. Rapp, PLS., field cards and prior surveys. L. Weber moved to accept this application; P. Voorhees seconded and the vote was unanimous.
Both applications will be the subject of public hearings on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Charter Hall, 1 Route 39 North, Sherman. No substantive objections were recorded at the July 2 meeting.
