Commissioner P. Voorhees moved to accept the amendment application for review; Commissioner J. Siegel seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. An evening site‑walk will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. to observe exterior lighting; a public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Charter Hall.
