Present were Member at Large Kris Herrell; Moraine Park Technical College Representative Bethany Rusch (participating via Zoom); Green Lake School Board Representative Susan Sorenson; and Green Lake County Representative Jason Jerome. Mayor Raymond Radis was noted as absent.
Susan Sorenson moved, and Bethany Rusch seconded, a motion to appoint Kris Herrell as the at-large public member; the motion carried. Later, Kris Herrell moved and Susan Sorenson seconded a motion to appoint Mayor Raymond Radis as chairperson; that motion also carried despite the mayors absence being recorded. The board set its next meeting for Oct. 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. and adjourned at 11:08 a.m. (motion to adjourn by Susan Sorenson, second by Kris Herrell; motion carried).
No formal vote on the proposed territory subtraction for TID No. 3 is recorded in the transcript. The board received information from its financial advisor and scheduled follow-up at a future meeting. The next scheduled meeting is Oct. 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
