Deputy Clerk Melissa M. Zamzow called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m., certified compliance with the Open Meeting Law and noted the agenda had been posted on Aug. 25, 2025. Roll call recorded Member at Large Kris Herrell; Moraine Park Technical College representative Bethany Rusch (participating via Zoom); Green Lake School Board representative Susan Sorenson; and Green Lake County representative Jason Jerome. Mayor Raymond Radis was listed as absent.
Susan Sorenson moved and Bethany Rusch seconded a motion to appoint Mayor Raymond Radis as chairperson; the motion carried. Sorenson then moved and Rusch seconded a motion to appoint Kris Herrell as the public member; that motion also carried. The meeting minutes record the motions and their seconders but do not provide a vote tally.
Adam Ruechel, financial advisor with Robert W. Baird & Company, briefed the board on the responsibilities of the Joint Review Board and provided an overview and description of the proposed Tax Incremental District No. 8.
