The Town of Stratford Board of Selectboard approved routine administrative items on Nov. 17, including manifest signatures, minutes and a driveway permit.
The board approved the manifest (C. Goulet / R. Scott, Jr.) with a 2-0 vote to sign documents for Nov. 3 and Nov. 10, 2025. A motion approved minutes and other signed documents (SM 11/3, Fournier reservation, Property Warrant 2nd Bills, Rollin Baldwin letters).
The board approved a Moynihan driveway permit as presented and noted there was no public input during the meeting. Chair Harry Juergens said cemetery mapping has been updated to standardize and number plots for easier management and requested delineators and a sign to protect leach fields behind a private house.
Charlie Goulet announced the office will move to winter hours (Wednesdays, 3:00–5:30 p.m.) until May and the change will be posted on the town website and social media. The meeting adjourned at 4:40 p.m.; minutes were prepared by V. Toner.
