The Tamworth Select Board approved a routine signature file and several financial and land‑use items at its April 14 meeting.
The board approved Select Board, Public and Nonpublic meeting minutes dated March 24, 2026; multiple elderly exemptions, solar exemptions, and a veterans tax credit; several intents to cut and to excavate; and reports of excavation and wood‑no‑cut entries. The roll‑call vote on the signature file was unanimous.
Roberts moved to approve an Application for a Raffle Permit for the Bearcamp Valley Sportsman Club; the motion passed. The board also approved accounts payable totaling $406,506.45 on a unanimous roll‑call vote. Roberts then moved to deny a Veterans Tax Credit for service‑connected disability for Map 407 Lot 70 and an elderly exemption for Map 411 Lot 19; both denials were approved unanimously.
The minutes list the specific map and lot numbers for exemptions, intent‑to‑cut and intent‑to‑excavate filings and include the reported excavation amounts for several parcels. Where a dollar amount was recorded the minutes show it (for example, reports of excavation listing $217.12, $1,067.78 and other specific amounts); when the minutes did not specify a value, it is recorded in town files as not specified in the minutes.
