Vicky Harvitz presented the solicitation results, explaining an evaluation committee recommended multiple vendors to address a broad range of recruitment needs, including hard-to-fill positions. Harvitz said the multiple-award does not obligate the district to contract with all recommended vendors; services will be authorized through purchase orders so the district can leverage different recruitment strategies as needs arise.
A board member moved approval of the recommended awards; the motion was seconded and passed by voice vote. The board also approved personnel items in a single motion without discussion.
