“The Sheriff’s Office came to the station and brought paperwork and information about moving from CrimeStar to a new system called Central Square Pro Suite,” Sgt. Needham said. Board members requested additional information about costs and suggested planning to include any migration expense in next year’s budget.
Ken Caisse suggested the board obtain more detailed cost estimates and invited the possibility of scheduling the vendor or a county representative to present at a future joint meeting so members could better understand pricing and implementation requirements. The minutes record no formal procurement decision at this meeting; the item was listed for future follow‑up.
