The Cedarburg Plan Commission voted March 2 to approve a certified survey map for Pioneer Real Estate (care of Mike LaRosa) that adjusts a lot line between two M‑2 parcels at N144 W5844 and N144 W5800 Pioneer Road.
Planner Mary described the map as a simple CSM that does not effectuate a land division or create new lots; both parcels will remain compliant with zoning minimums after the adjustment. Mary recommended a few editorial changes to signature lines and map text and added a condition that the city engineer review and approve the CSM for accuracy of the legal description and closure.
A commissioner moved to approve the CSM with the staff conditions; the commission approved the motion on a unanimous voice vote.
No substantive site changes or new uses were proposed as part of the map.
