The council unanimously approved the request (3-0) and asked Turnbull to provide final set details at the July board meeting. Hammond also asked the board and the Town Marshal to investigate the condition of the property at 6185 North Street and reported that four-wheelers being ridden in town have caused property damage at two locations. The transcript records the request for investigation but does not record a formal motion or an assigned follow-up date.
Financial and closing business: Board members reviewed and approved vouchers for $16,610.01 covering the period 6/1–6/30/2026. A motion to adjourn carried 3-0.
