Chairman Arlene Fiano called the meeting to order at 7:06 P.M. and led a short agenda that included maintenance updates, fundraising prospects and planning for the town's tricentennial events. Rhea Klein moved to accept the May minutes with corrections; Cara Wraight seconded and the motion passed, with Beth Harney recorded as abstaining. The minutes note a textual correction under item 5E: insert the word "of" after "list."
John Butrymovich, building and grounds supervisor, said staff have been busy mowing over the past two weeks. The Commission reported limited sales from a booth staffed at Bolton Family Fun Day. Rhea Klein said Jenny Norris contacted her about a possible donation from project graduation funds; the students are deciding which town groups to support and the Heritage Farm is a potential recipient (amount and timing were not specified).
Members discussed possible student engagement: Butrymovich said a Bolton High School student may undertake a Capstone project at the farm and is coordinating with Joyce Stille; further details, including the student's name and timeline, were not provided.
