The resolution describes the parcel as an irregular strip of land in the east half of the southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 75 North, Range 4 West of the 5th P.M., Louisa County, lying south of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railway right-of-way (now the Soo Line Railroad Company) and north of the established highway through that quarter section.
