Katie Walker presented canvass information for the Wapello School special election and the Board opened the canvass at 8:45 a.m. The Board then discussed courthouse second-floor windows; Brad Quigley said materials were on hand at Schrock Lumber and that the installer Karl Buster had missed previous installation deadlines. Supervisor Randy Griffin moved, seconded by Supervisor Chris Ball, to pay Schrock Lumber for the windows; the Board also decided to rebid the installation and asked Auditor Sandi Sturgell to place the advertisement for the rebid.
