For fiscal year 2026 the city’s CDBG allocation is $349,403. Hoffman noted limitations on public services spending and urged commenters to use the public-comment period, which runs through July 16, to inform the final submission to HUD.
Council did not vote on the plan at this meeting; staff invited written comments and said finalized materials will return to council following the public-comment period.
