Council voted (motion by Ms. Ausiello, seconded by Mr. Weber) to recommend that the Board of Finance approve the proposed transfers, supplemental appropriations and assignments as outlined in the Final Fiscal Year Transactions FY 2024‑2025 booklet. The motion passed 4‑1; Mrs. Bratton opposed.
