The Falmouth Zoning Board of Appeals recorded several procedural votes at its meeting.
Continuances: The board continued the Broken Bow Estates hearing to Aug. 13 at 6 p.m.; it continued 6 Falmouth Heights Road and the Amanda Hunt application at 227 Edgewater Drive West to Aug. 6 to allow pending Board of Health, Conservation Commission and peer-review work to be completed.
Approval: The board approved the special permit for 65 Harrington Street (application 3526) with conditions addressing erosion and sediment control, on-site stormwater retention and standard work-hour and plan-adherence requirements.
Administrative: The board approved minutes for June 18 and voted to keep the current board composition and officers as-is. Staff noted upcoming training sessions on Open Meeting Law and a public information meeting on the Town of Falmouth ocean outfall project on July 15.
The board adjourned after confirming next meetings and follow-up deadlines.
