Ms. Rosenfeld moved to accept the Feb. 2 minutes; Mr. Straus seconded the motion. The EDC voted 5-0-0 in favor of approval. Later, Ms. Rosenfeld moved to adjourn and Mr. Straus seconded; the committee again voted 5-0-0 to close the meeting.
The meeting had been called to order by Chair Hy Waxman at 7:00 PM. The committee set its next meeting for Monday, April 6, 2026.
