During its March 12 meeting the Shopping Area Redevelopment Board approved the February 12, 2026 meeting minutes and later voted to adjourn the March 12 session.
A motion to approve the February 12 meeting minutes was made by Board Member VanHoven and supported by Board Member Gentry; the minutes were adopted with all present voting aye. The board list in the minutes shows five members present (Barnes, Bult, Dick, Gentry, VanHoven) and two absent (VanKampen, Vos), so the recorded tally for the approval motion was 5 yes, 0 no.
At the end of the meeting, a motion to close was made by Board Member Dick and supported by VanHoven; the motion carried with all present voting aye and the meeting adjourned at 9:49 A.M.
