Board members asked about color matching for the court surfacing and drainage provisions; project staff said the contractor’s subcontractor, Cape Island Tennis & Track, has experience with post‑tension courts in New England and that the planned drainage measures are in the bid. A motion to award the contract to Dan Dell for $991,635 passed unanimously.
