Tanya Zuker described Daily 5 LLC, a coffee truck that plans to operate at town recreation sites including Peggotty Beach, Central Field and other locations; the board confirmed the vendor would coordinate with the Recreation Department and uphold the site‑proximity rules. April Lott described Street Pop South Shore (a popsicle truck) and was granted a license for town sites pending usual approvals. Resident Corey Holtean requested a permission to operate a small, nonmotorized ice‑cream stand in public parking area as an experiment and said the operation would include waste containment and a battery pack for refrigeration; board of health sign‑off and adherence to location rules were noted as conditions.
Board members encouraged vendors to work with each other to avoid crowding at popular locations and requested clear schedules so existing vendors and businesses can coordinate. Motions to approve these licenses passed unanimously at the meeting.
